Hayes

9am - woke up and fed my cat, i didn’t sleep very well because i had way too much caffeine yesterday. i started getting dressed for a funeral, realized I didn’t have the right clothes for it so I asked my friend who always wears black. I very slowly woke up and walked over to get a coffee from knockbox cafe and get the outfit from my friend 

1130 am- walked to meet my friend for breakfast at gold standard, i had strawberry pancakes and veggie sausage. we caught up on our weekends

1pm- there was a funeral for my old coworker today, he died last month of an overdose. my friend who i was going to the funeral with lived right by the breakfast spot so she got me there. we drove right over the bridge to jersey for the funeral. i sat with my other ex coworkers and caught up with them some. the funeral was hard, seeing all of his family and hearing them talk about him. i cried a lot. 

5pm- already so tired at this point, had 2 hours of chill time before my friend’s birthday dinner. i showered and laid down and called my mom. 

7pm- got picked up for the birthday dinner. the sun finally came out a bit as the sun was setting and we were driving over. the 4 of us went to sardine bar for dinner and got more food than we needed to. 

9:30pm- got home exhausted and cold, took a bath, and pretty much immediately got into bed!
