4:29am: Wake up 61 minutes before my alarm is set to go off. Ok sure.
4:37am: is that a tickle in my throat? am I getting sick or am I just tired?
5:07am: no definitely getting sick.

6:10am: great I forgot my gloves.
6:33am: Breakfast with a side of cold medicine and vitamins.
6:50am: Clock into work. Of course I get sick the day I start working overtime.
7:50am: Husband leaves for work.
8:02am: Cyber Monday email from Penzey’s got me. should I also stock up on skin care before the tariffs?
8:59am: I wish I was in bed.
9:05am:
10:35am: Work computer was acting up and had to take dog out. Felt bad I couldn’t give him the long walk he wanted.
12:00pm: Put on a Christmas movie for background noise to get me through the rest of the work day.
1:18pm: I can’t believe I have to work for two more hours.
3:30pm: I woke up yesterday craving pollo guisado so start prepping as soon as I’m done with work to get it over with. I’d rather not cook but I still really want pollo guisado.
5:05pm: Husband comes home.
5:13pm: Dinner is done. It’s not as good as my grandmother’s but it’ll do.
5:40pm: It was my intention to decorate our Christmas tree and put up other decorations but I quickly lose steam.
5:56pm: Husband leaves for band practice.
6:23pm: Chill out with some Grey’s.
7:25pm: Decided I just want to get in bed but as I’m walking upstairs I hear someone pounding on the door. A desk chair I ordered arrived early so now I have to finagle a heavy box inside. I just want to be in bed. I hope I don’t throw my back out.
7:30pm: Took a NyQuil and read in bed until I fell asleep.
