Molly

It’s Saturday, and I am scheduled to work barback. 

I wake up at 7 am and my partner brings me coffee in bed before leaving to go on a run. I fall back asleep and wake up to my cats having joined me in bed. I am finally settled into my new apartment after about a week and it’s actually starting to feel like my house.

I go to work, its very slow and during my shift i get my mid year performance review where i am once again reprimanded for burping. I am told i need to work on my hospitality skills.

We throw away $350 dollars worth of bread and pastries at the end of the day. I leave with $4.50.

Afternoon album: came down different by Pardoner

I walk to the train and trolley after work, its absolutely disgusting outside but the train is clean (relatively), cool, and quiet. The trolley is late but is also quiet and cool.

I come home to dinner on the table, roasted chicken thighs and vegetables. I prep dinner for my cats and we all dine together.

My coworker is throwing a matrix / fast and furious themed party, we get dressed accordingly (me in Matrix, my partner in F&F) and head to the function. It is still 90* outside.

The party is very hot, we put on some temporary tattoos (crosses for da family) and then we go home. 

Molly is new-ish to the city and you can usually find her reading on public transportation
