Rue Landau
Today was a wonderful and busy day for Team Landau! Ahead of the new year, my office proudly hosted a gallery opening for our first-ever art exhibit! In partnership with Creative PHL, we were proud to announce the opening of “Transcending Uncertainty: Art Endures at Home in Philadelphia,” a special art exhibition in City Hall featuring work by students and faculty affected by the recent closure of the University of the Arts (UArts). While this doesn’t undo the harm and chaos experienced by those affected by UArts’ abrupt closure, we hoped it would be an opportunity for former students and faculty to connect over their shared experiences and showcase some of their incredible projects. Check it out on floors 1 and 5 of City Hall until January 25!
