• I set my alarm for 6:30 last night in the laughable hope that I would wake up at 6:30 am to meditate. I hit the snooze button ad nauseum until it was 9:00 am. My cat Kiki pleadingly licked my eyelids and clawed at my face during this timeframe, begging to be pet and let under the blanket.

  Im home now after seeing six therapy clients back to back today. The themes of the sessions were estrangement and anger. I shoved chips and a cheese stick in my mouth in the little times between sessions. I ate my lunch for the first ten minutes of therapy with my last client. I am laying on my futon realizing I didn't drink water today. So now I'm drinking water.   My partner messaged me earlier saying they were spiraling about the Supreme Court ruling most likely meaning trans kids won't get access to hrt. I thought about the testosterone gel I used this morning and wondered when I'd have to stop using it
