Jackie Tavoletti
This is a diary told through walking and pictures.
June 18th began at 7:00am with me walking from my apartment to the daycare I work at. My commute is my favorite part of my day! I love greeting people and listening to my music!
I’ve recently been loving the song “Baby You Got it” by Brenton Wood!
I wore my ladybug earrings because 1.) the kids love them and 2.) they make me happy.
I worked until 2pm and walked back home. It was 93 degrees and by the time I got home I desperately needed a shower.
I showered and changed into my work uniform for my first day of hostess training for a restaurant in Rittenhouse.
I did my makeup on the subway, and the man next to me stopped me to tell me he was impressed that I didn’t mess up at all.
The first day of training was good! I got off early, and decided to sit in rittenhouse park before walking back to my apartment. I used the hour walk to call my mom and my grandma!
When I got home again, I made myself dinner (I have been enjoying loaded sweet potatoes. This one I added broccoli, onion, tzatziki sauce and sea bass that my uncle had caught!
After dinner I stayed and bed and drew with some gel pens that I have been enjoying. I like finding a picture off of Pinterest and copying it. Clearly no real creativity, but very relaxing!
After I drew for a while, I was asleep by midnight!!
That’s all!!! Thanks for coming along on my day!
